1. You are 18 years old or older, or you have permission from your parent/guardian..

2. You are the owner of the account used for payment.

3. You will not initiate chargebacks, disputes or reversals. You will not open a dispute or request a chargeback.

4. You will not misuse your intangible goods, nor sell or give them to third parties.

5. We reserve the right to ban/block any account if we see fit.

6. By making a purchase on hardcore-smp.craftingstore.net, you agreethe these terms, NO REFUNDS WILL BE GRANTED.

7. We reserve the right to modify/update these terms at any time without notifying users.

1: Your Information
We do not share your personal information with third parties without your consent. Your personal data is used solely to operate the website and server. We may store your IP address and other information, such as PayPal details, if necessary. If you wish to have your account and/or information removed, please contact us through the support channel on our Discord server. We retain each IP address to track players and verify purchases if needed.

2: Purchases on Hardcore-SMP
Purchases are non-refundable; once something is bought, the transaction is final. Ranks and/or other forms of rewards may be removed if deemed necessary without issuing a refund. We can modify or remove Items and Ranks as we see fit. In cases of a server ban for a (un)specified time, no compensation will be provided. Purchased goods remain your property, even in the case of a permanent ban from the server. Once purchased, the payment cannot be undone.

3: Use of Our Services
We are not liable for the content of the services provided. If you experience issues with our services (Discord, Minecraft, Website), you may contact us through the support channel on our Discord server. In cases of fraudulent behavior, we reserve the right to deny access to all our services without any compensation. Any costs incurred due to your actions will be charged to you.

4: Software Modifications
We reserve the right to modify, with or without notice, any rank prices as outlined. We also retain the right to alter the content of a specific rank—the benefits of a particular rank may change, and you will not be entitled to previous rank benefits if we modify them. Rest assured, no rank benefit or item in the store will be altered without a valid server-balancing reason.

5: Legal Actions
You agree to indemnify the staff, owners, hosts, advertisers, officials, directors, employees, partners, and any other parties related to the server staff. By agreeing to these terms, you consent not to file any legal actions or challenges against the server staff for any reason, whether related to your purchase or not.

6: Services
You understand and agree that your use of this website and any provided services or content is at your own risk. It is provided "as is" and we expressly disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. You understand and agree that neither we nor any service participant provides professional advice of any kind and that the use of such advice or other information is solely at your own risk and without any liability from us. In some jurisdictions, the disclaimer of implied warranties may not be permitted, and the above disclaimer may not apply to you solely in relation to implied warranties.

7: Intangible Loss
You understand and expressly agree that we are not liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses (even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages), resulting from or arising out of your use of our services.

8: Package Terms
The use of or inability to use the service, the costs of obtaining substitute goods and/or services resulting from a transaction made through the service, unauthorized access to or alteration of your data transmissions, statements or conduct of a third party regarding the service, or any other matter related to the service. Note that by accepting the terms in this document, you also waive your right to take any legal or other action against anyone or anything related to the staff, management, administrators, members, owners, or hosts of this server. You also acknowledge that if any part of this document is found to be invalid or unenforceable, all other parts not found to be invalid or unenforceable will be considered fully valid and binding.

9: Denial of Access
All staff, owners, hosts, advertisers, officials, directors, employees, partners, and any other parties related to these servers reserve the right, with proper authorization, to deny you access to the server, either permanently or temporarily, with no chance of a refund—this will only happen in cases of severe rule violations. If you follow the rules, you will never be banned, simple and clear.

10: Policy
All terms are effective indefinitely once the contract is accepted and remain active even if you stop, are banned, removed, or leave the server in any way. Refund Policy: All purchases are final; you cannot receive a refund or credit through any means necessary to get your money back. Additionally, we reserve the right to deny further play on the server/forums and prevent additional money from being added or removed. We reserve the right to take legal or collection actions as necessary to recover damages in the event of a forced chargeback.
